Signing up for a Timberland Regional Library card

You will need to visit a Timberland Regional Library (TRL) location in order to sign up for a library card. You can print and fill out an application at home to bring with you, or you can simply fill out an application in person. In order to have your account verified for a "Basic Account," you will need to bring a government-issued photo ID. For a "Regular Account," you will need a government-issued photo ID as well as proof of address (such as a piece of mail addressed to you at the same address on your ID). Access the Timberland Regional Library Card Application here:

The application asks you to provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your ID information (number, state, type)
  • Your date of birth
  • Your address (to verify you are within the area served by the Timberland Regional Library)
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
