TCC's Generative AI Academic Use Policy proposal (February 2025)
- Generative AI Academic Use Policy proposal sample document, Feb. 2025This policy was developed by a workgroup of 13 students over the course of Spring quarter, 2024. It has passed through our Instructional Council and College Council. It is in its final destination in the process, awaiting adoption by TCC's President. This project was sponsored by TCC's Library and Learning Innovation division, and the Office of Student Engagement.

- First draft policy proposal GenAI academic useThe policy proposal - this is in draft form for demonstration purposes. This proposal will be submitted to TCC's Instructional Council for a first read in October 2024.
- College Council 2nd and final draft policy proposal GenAI academic useThis version of the policy proposal has been through two reads in Instructional Council as of January 2025, and two reads in College Council as of February 2025. Currently, the policy proposal is now being reviewed for adoption by TCC President Dr. Harrell.
