Chemistry student project

Pure caffeine powder

Your project

This is your guide to your end-of-quarter research project. Attached below, for your convenience, is the project document that your instructor gave to you:

Caffeine as example

This guide is based largely on a search for information on different aspects of the chemical caffeine. This of course, is simply an example of how I would search, how I would "build my story" of this chemistry topic. This is meant to guide you in applying some of the concepts I teach here, to your own searches.

My own search led me to sources that help me present information about caffeine as it relates to chemical characteristics and composition, historical aspects, production and trade, environmental impact of its primary 'delivery system' to us, impacts on health, and more.

I also invite you to email me, or come to the library and work with me or another library faculty, if you would like individual instruction/advice about your search process.
