- EthnoMedEthnoMed is Harborview Medical Center's ethnic medicine Web site containing medical and cultural information about immigrant and refugee groups. Information is specific to groups in the Seattle area, but much of the cultural and health information is of interest and applicable in other geographic areas. EthnoMed is a joint program of the University of Washington Health Sciences Libraries and Harborview Medical Center's Interpreter Services Department/Community House Calls Program (ISD/CHC).

- National Institutes of Health - Health InformationThe Health Information section of the NIH site has links to news, clinical trials, and related topics about health and body issues and systems.
- CDC: NutritionIncludes data and statistics, strategies and guidelines, and resources and publications.
- Dietary guidelines for AmericansPublished jointly every 5 years by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Agriculture (USDA). This resource provides advice for people two years and older.
